Known Issues

1. There are some noisy iPhone power supplies out there. Most power supplies from known brands work well (ex:  Belkin Compact Rapid Charge, Griffin PowerJolt, Griffin PowerJolt SE, etc)

2. Some customers observe noise/feedback when audio is connected through the RA box and the iPhone is unplugged.  Try using a ground loop isolator, such as the one from PAC audio.  

3. If you have the older generation Valentine1 (known as V1.7), email us prior to purchasing.
